As the spring season came and went extremely quick, it was still great to see all the improvements in each player. The men ended up placing 6th in the conference. There was some struggle on the first day, but as a whole, we played well and I am proud of my team. Even though we may not have placed as high as we wanted, there were many goals accomplished throughout the year. With our varsity squad being filled with mainly returning players, I am looking forward to the upcoming years which will be filled with upcoming players. For both the men's and women's team, it was a great recruiting year as there a several players joining the teams that will give both conference and our own lineups some competition. Now that my first year has come to an end, I can definitely say I have learned so much from the players and other coaches that will allow us to continue to grow and improve in the game throughout the next years. This summer is a great opportunity for the players to continue to work hard and prepare for the upcoming seasons. Keep an eye out for updates this summer and early next fall!
